01/19/25 Another wonderful dinner. My regular salmon alla pink... yuzu dessert and coffee. It was too busy so it was nice and quiet.

I ordered take out here and everything was delish! Ordered their chicken bacon mushroom carbonara, bone marrow, and tiramisu. We got complimentary bread and salted butter to go. Also requested for their chilli garlic sauce which goes so well with the pasta. We devoured everything! Love their complimentary bread which tasted fresh and soft!

The best lasagna on this island (at least to me). Lasagna isn't an easy dish to make, let alone perfect. Mitch and the crew at La Ciccia consistently crank out winners each night -- especially the lasagna that is enough to feed two but comes in an individual plate, perfect for lunch the next day. Shout out to Jenn, Mitch, Amy and the entire team. We love La Ciccia!

La Ciccia is a cute little Italian with hints of Japanese fusion restaurant in the same complex as the old Sushi King and Bangkok Chef. We ordered a smattering of appetizers such as the calamari, hamachi carpaccio, and bruschetta. The calamari came in thick strips. Would pass on the bruschetta, the tomatoes were cut up too fine for me. The mushroom (kinako) pasta was good. Japanese mushrooms with a garlic butter sauce. Yummy! My husband got the chicken picatta which was also solid. The service was great and very accommodating as we brought an outside cake to celebrate a birthday.

Best Italian restaurant in town. Delicious and generously-portioned variety of Italian dishes & pasta. Shrimp and scallop alla pink was perfectly made. Yuzu sorbet is refreshing. I've yet to try their homemade tiramisu. Friendliest and most professionally pleasant servers. Love the jazz music playing and ambiance!

Wow, time flies! I originally wrote a review three years ago after an amazing dining experience, and I'm thrilled to say that my recent visit was just as impressive. The restaurant remains clean, spacious, and welcoming, with plenty of room for comfort. A big shoutout to Jennifer, the same manager who made our first visit unforgettable. Her friendliness and customer focus are second to none. This time, we tried their recommended house-made Sicilian Sausage appetizer, each bite was fresh and delicious. For our main courses, we enjoyed the lamb chops (still my favorite!) and the veal saltimbocca. Every dish was bursting with flavor and cooked to perfection. We ended our meal with their classic tiramisu, which was the perfect sweet finish. What I love most about this restaurant is the consistent quality of the food, the reasonable prices, and the exceptional service. Jennifer and her team truly make this place stand out. Highly recommended, and we'll definitely be back again!

Wow, how did I not dine here before?! So thankful that my friend chose La Ciccia to celebrate his birthday dinner or I would still be missing out on some great pasta! Located on King Street, a few doors from Kaiten Sushi Ginza Onodera, La Ciccia is an Italian fusion restaurant serving lunch and dinner. Judging by the amount of people walking in for take-out, La Ciccia is very popular and also a great place for a group celebration. With generous portions at reasonable prices and great service, it's definitely a win-win when you dine here. I love that they have all your traditional Italian favorites, but you can also opt for non-traditional like a mentaiko or natto pasta!

We arrived at La Ciccia on Tuesday the 9th around 6 pm. There was a large lively group and a few other tables already taken, but we were easily seated at a table for 4 of us. The ambiance was nice and clean - conversations were a bit tough with the other large group, but that's not the restaurant's doing. It was a bit busy, so the service to take orders and drinks was a little slow - I believe it was around 15 minutes from seating to ordering. The food also took a bit to prepare - expected with pasta places. Calamari Fritti - 9/10. I personally really enjoyed these. They cut up the Calamari steak into stripes, lightly fry them, and have a zesty dipping sauce that paired really well. Highly recommend! Veal Saltimbocca - 10/10. There aren't too many places that serve this, so this was an amazing find. The Veal, Eggplant, Prociutto, and cheese combination was great, the mushroom sauce was great, and the pasta was nice and al dente to finish it off. I even took one out for my mom to enjoy at home. It was that good. Lychee Gelato - 7/10. Strong Lychee flavor but not as creamy as other Lychee gelatos. It was a nice finish to the meal. Finishing up - La Ciccia was a wonderful find with many aspects that appeal to my pasta desires. I'm glad to find a place in town, generous portions that warrant their prices, and good quality that leaves you satisfied.

Upon entering, I found a cute and clean restaurant that had a nice vibe. There were a bunch of guys who were doing wine tasting and having a great time. The food here was quite good. The only issues were that the Alfredo was a bit watery and the bread was mediocre. The fried mozzarella was semi-boring. The calamari was cooked perfectly. The oil was clean, and the temperature was hot enough that it didn't make the oil stick to the food. Light flavour, but when paired with the sauce, excellent. The clams were a bit light on flavour. It was good but lacked a punch. I would order it again. The yuzu dessert was quite tart. I ate half and had to take a break before finishing. I liked it. My biggest issue was the service. They were incredibly slow. I found myself waiting to be seated/greeted, waiting to order, waiting for a refill of water on my empty cup, my husband waiting for a refill of coffee that never came, and waiting for a box to take home leftovers (had to ask twice). I probably would have given 5 stars for this place, but service was a bit annoying, so I gave 4. The girl in particular this night was terrible. The man was fine, though. Also, they have their specials on a board in the back. They didn't tell me them, but if you look, you will see it just before the hallway.

Very clean, airy, modern room. Good Italian "style" cuisine with excellent service. The 4 of us went there for Mother's Day. The place was completely filled but the service was spot on. On the menu, you will find some of the quintessential ingredients that anchor Italian cuisine like pasta, tomatoes, homemade marinara sauce, mozzarella and parmesan. But noticeably absent were some of the key supporting herbal flavors like basil, rosemary, oregano and capers. In fact the menu leaned heavily on butter which probably explained the F word in their name. Overall it ate more like French cuisine with pasta. Of the 4 appetizers we ordered, our favorite was definitely the Clams Casino - Fresh manila clams sautéed/simmered in a broth of butter white wine, bacon, fresh spinach, mushroom, onions, and tomato. Wonderful balance between the rich butter and crisp white wine. The clams soaked up the earthy flavors of the mushrooms while the onions added a bit of sweetness and pungency. The Escargot - Large escargots slow baked in bleu cheese, Italian parsley, olio blend. Very tender but on the rich side. Could've used some white wine or acids to brighten it up. Raw Oyster with Ikura - Fresh with a slight vegetal flavor. The ikura added a nice natural salty umami. Fried Mozzarella- The well seasoned light crisp breading added a wonderful contrast to the creamy gooey comforting interior. For the main 4 main courses... The dishes were proportionately generous so you may consider sharing. The taste overall was rather one note...butter. With the exception of the lasagne where the homemade marinara sauce won the day, the Seafood Pasta, Chicken Saltimbocca, and King Salmon Pasta were quite rich with butter and lacked the signature herbal flavorings of Italian cuisine. We will definitely come back for the Clams Casino and some of the other dishes that we haven't tried. There's a parking lot by the post office and street parking. Happy Eating!!
